As a partial Indonesian I say, satay sauce without coconut is not satay sauce. At least when it's made with peanuts there are thousands of other satay sauces too, so I'm assuming you mean peanut sauce here.

Andouille sausage sandwiches on sour dough hoagie rolls with stone ground mustard, horse radish and sauer kraut was the meal for today.

I just know it said satay and it was good. I may change the name in future.

I was still hungry after the andouille sandwiches, so I made myself a simple spinach salad with spinach, onion, tomato, Swiss cheese and a dressing of mixed olive oil with balsamic vinegar.

That hit the spot.

Leftovers of last night's pork and creamed fennel-leek dish. It's a shame to call them leftovers, they were so good.

Crispy skin chicken thighs, cooked on stovetop and oven at fairly high heat. Mashies with gravy. Carrots and peas.
