I ate lunch late, so didn't feel like a big supper, so I just had a chicken sandwich and some taco-flavored potato chips/crisps.

Well after boozing and punting at the pub today I got home and risotto is now tomorrow so I took pizza out freezer and doctored it up. Was good.

Last nights dinner was a five layer toasty (three cheese layers two smoked pork) wrapped in smoked bacon and served with slaw. The bread was made with 25% rye flour and caraway seeds. We make it just for toast and toasty's so it doesn't leak.

I will have New England clam chowder today.
