This was to be my final entry for the wine challenge, but I ran out of time. I cooked the rice in chicken broth and sage as well.

That looks great. I like the idea of the vermouth. What else is in the sauce besides vermouth and safe?

The sauce is: a little fat from the chicken, shallots, chicken stock, vermouth, fresh sage, butter, salt and pepper. That's it.

Yes! The like is for both the soup and the dough.

Today, I wanted to make something to kick start the snow pea/snap pea recipe challenge, while at the same time, evaluating achiote paste rub.

Here's the result ...

It uses the Peach Achiote Paste recipe I created. The paste chips up nicely when fried.

This was a very nice tasty dish, but I used the oil from the sun dried tomato jar to fry things in and perhaps, a bit too much of it. All in all, I give it five stars.
