This was to be my final entry for the wine challenge, but I ran out of time. I cooked the rice in chicken broth and sage as well.

I needed a snack tonight while watching the late night movie and so, made a couple black currant preserve sandwiches.

Chicken pea pumpkin risotto finished with Parma to thicken it. It was lovely. Plate wiped clean with two bits of buttered bread. 2 meals for the freezer left over.

Last nights dinner. The egg man delivers on Thursday. Home made baked beans fried eggs on toast . Pud was oranges. Supper was flatulence.

Just got back from little Yugoslavia. Picked up our meat order, this was the balance of the money I loaned him last year for his Dry ageing unit. The star is the piece of suckling pig for the weekend.

Babi pangang ( roast pork in red sauce), leftover Indonesian veg & satay sauce + mango pickles.

Plus a red velvet + white choc cookie for dessert.

The dough is made with Durum Wheat Semolina’s Flour. I’ve also sautéed the onion in the pan few mins before adding them
