What did you cook or eat today (March 2023)?

Pork egg burger with air fried chips.

I have talked to a lot of people about food and how adding an egg to something (mostly a burger of some kind) is amazing and sadly most people seem disgusted or look at me like I'm on fire. That makes me sad. When that yolk pops, it's like liquid friendship coating your burger.

Yesterday my daughter and I attended a very cool arts workshop (our artefacts are on display:dance:,at teh largest modern arts museum in the city,beyond real) after which we treated ourselves to lunch. I had a yellow bean, mushrrom stew with roasted potatoes and a mixed sallad, she had chicken with asparagus over mashed potatoes. Very happy.
