I made butternut squash ravioli with a sundried tomato pesto, topped with pine nuts and Parmesan. No photos because it came out very unattractive- the ravioli all stuck together while I was distracted. Still tasted good though, so it all worked out in the end!

In Italy we have something similar called “Fagioli con le Cotiche” i.e. Beans with Pork Rinds.

Really? Sounds really good. I've had the dish with sausages, they tend to e a tad too much sometimes, can't really explain why. I guess pure quantity...the beans are protein loaded so I guess just a few bacon strips does the trick...but the each his/her preference. Depends on the hunger size, actually :D
