Catfish tostadas
Dinner this evening was from our local Chinese take away, Singapore fried rice and Thai style sweet and sour chicken, very tasty.
It was the table top itself, they all had different prints on them.
Northern Thai spicy sausage (Sai Ua) which I ate today....but started the process of making yesterday. I used too many chiilies for most people, but as I was the only one eating them, I catered them for my own high tolerance levels.

Probably to remind me of the good old days. A tanner for the cod and threpence for the chips.
Fillet steak with garlic sauce, roast potatoes, parsnip, kumara,carrot and pumpkin. And gravy.
Only pic is the garlic sauce.
Breakfast: Omelet with camembert cheese and watercress, ground pepper.
Lunch will be at the community center, and on schedule are quesadillas and salad. I'll be choosing the vegetarian quesadilla choice, as I'm really not fond of chicken breast where it is not necessary. There may be soup, but I have to see what type to decide if I'm interested.
Dinner: I'm currently making pork bone stock, and will have a pork stew or soup for dinner. (Smells great!)
I may take a photo of dinner and post upon eating...
