Buongiorno a tutti,
Well today weather very good an is bank holiday so Ray get BBQ out so we eat in Garden. I no sure what we have Ray cooks all BBQ meal. I will make potato salad an garlic an chive mayonnaise. I hear Ray rummage around in freezer so I think we have steak, chicken and may be Pesce Spada or Tonno. I been to shop so I get some nice vino.

Sunday: Monkfish wrapped in parma ham, with romesco sauce, tenderstem broccoli, and Jersey Royals.

Prawn, squid and chorizo with tagliatelle.
Snap! - I made & photographed a dish yesterday with a chive flower laid across the top too! I'll post it later.
I hope you wrote the recipe down this time! It looks great - especially with an egg on top.

That was my wife, being creative. She used to poke fun at me trying to pretty up plates and taking photo's, but I think she is now crossing to the dark side!
