I have to shift and angle alot to get rid of shadows. I used to have a job where I evaluated products, including food, in my kitchen and photos were required so I figured out which areas of my kitchen to use.

I lined a baking sheet with foil and used olive oil to grease it, seasoned it, and drizzled a little more oil, baked at 350 and flipped it over halfway.

Crab cakes: White and brown crab meat with a little mashed potato and coriander, coated in panko breadcrumbs and shallow-fried in oil and butter - and the usual Jersey Royals

We're about to have the last of the smoked sausages, along with a veggie-and-cheese platter, and some beer.
