Last night kid wanted American Pancakes, so here they were:

Drizzled with honey.
Oh they are good, she said. I sneaked in some barley flour(4 tablespoons, rest Ap). Really good
Seedless grapes along.

I love those, we have a similar one here. I just had a jelly tip ice cream, choc over ice cream but a tip of solid jelly covered in choc. I hardly have ice cream after dinner.

Managed to cook a healthy Thai red curry. Not a very pretty pic but for today it will do.

It has chicken, yellow pepper ,cauliflower, corn and spinach.

A somewhat failed first attempt at pigs in blankets.....

Half-bread, half-focaccia. Baked it for lunch. Then a cauliflower’s salad with Evoo and balsamic vinegar

Breakfast were reheated pancakes, coffee, yoghurt.

Pumpkin cheese pastry from the bakery.

Bringing leftover curry in a snap tin. Some wholegrain crackers kid got fed up with, but are ideal to carry around, individually wrapped.

Might get some fruit from the store later on.

Last night it was a beef burger, cooked in a cast iron pan, with Swiss cheese, grass (lettuce -- d*mn you Yorky), sweet onion and mayo, on a nice bakery bun.

These look like sausage rolls.

Most of the time it's paired with meat or kebabs, but I usually eat it just with yogurt, it's so satisfying on it's own

When I was a kid, pigs in a blanket were made from half a hot dog with a diagonally, sliced piece of bread wrapped around, along with a piece of cheese in there, pinned closed with a toothpick, and toasted in the oven.
