What did you cook or eat today (May 2023)?

Probably some form of leftover prime rib... again. Although, I think I am going to slice some, vacuum seal it and freeze it. Then, I can pull a nice portion out, heat it sous vide, and it will be hot, but still be medium rare.

Sort of a repeat of last night, with a sort of Tex-Mex salad, but did it up as a wrap for MrsT.

I made (American) biscuits earlier, to use up some buttermilk, and had one of those for lunch, with some bacon and cheese on it.
