we make them around the house when there is leftover chicken or turkey...Deffinetly a Sunday brunch/lunch sort of thing. Goes well with a hangover and some hair of the dog..

I’ll try to take mom out for today Sunday lunch, maybe headed to Como Lake or Varese Lake, we’ll see. A nice warm sunny morning deserves a trip. If not, I may cook cotoletta (fried cutlet) and chips.

No lunch out, I made a Minestrone with some mixed short pasta, but we had a very nice afternoon at Como Lake, shared a great chocolate and cream gelato al fresco. The weather was just beautiful.

I really need to pull my socks up don’t I, after all I was always top of my class in spelling and English, by sometimes I get sloppy, and lazy, I will try harder.
