I made some bacon cheeseburgers. They're nice, and they save money, but when I have to clear up all the frying splatter after I think "Oh right - now I remember why i don't do this that often..."

Get some splatter screens. They stop most of the grease mess...

Chicken, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms in a sauce of cream, white wine, and Dijon mustard. Simply wonderful, and nicely decadent.

I meant to make spaetzle to go alongside/underneath, but I forgot, as usual. 🤦🏻‍♂️
