wish I had seen this yesterday. I cooked some au gratin potatoes, seasoned boneless skinless chicken thighs, with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Sautéed in a light mixture of butter and olive oil. and warmed some mixed veggies. to have on the side.
Today however I will not be cooking we are going to the gym this evening and it's too hard to plan a meal to start before we leave and be done when we get home. So it will probably be (for me anyway) a big salad, with a bowl of this.
