Was not in the mood to cook at all so just got hungrier and hungrier until I had to do something!
Had plenty of the meatballs I made left over and I really could not be ar*ed with the rest of it so buried the asparagus in the bought carrot and parsnip mash and nuked it together.

Somehow the asparagus was perfect
The boys renamed the meatballs ‘Dogs Boll**s’
I used the main ingredients from a chinese dumpling filling recipe. Pork and shredded cabbage.
I don’t know why it worked so well but it’s a keeper.
