What do you do with your grill pan?

For some reason only known to my wife she used the pan for frying a pork burger yesterday. Nice stripes.

OMG, I had to laugh when I clicked on this thread. My first thought when I read "grill pan" was the pan with holes in it that you use on an outdoor grill. We're going to grill veges using that later today so my brain went straight to that connection.

I've not used the blowtorch on a burger. Just beef and pork steaks. I don't think it would be suitable for burgers?

Yes - or grill them in the halogen oven. Its just a quick way to get a char.
