What food says Home ?

I would have to say jerk chicken or pork says home for me. Our Jamaican jerk is known all over the world and many have come here to learn the art of preparing it so I know our jerk meals really rock.

This recipe is off an Australian site and it does look good - however the recipe actually calls for Vegemite which can be hard to find here!
 
Lechon tastes like home to me. I live in Cebu, Philippines and they make the best Lechon in the country.
