What is a condiment ? Which condiments do you have on your table?

I've got a round spinner thing with my condiments:
  • Pink salt
  • Texas Pete Garlic hot sauce
  • Seasoned salt
  • Louisiana Crystal hot sauce
  • White pepper grinder
  • Tri-pepper grinder
  • Garam masala
  • Aromat
  • Tobasco, regular and Chipotle
  • Ground Chipotle Molino
  • Turmeric
  • Smoked chili sea salt grinder
About 18 linear feet of spices on a lazy susan in a corner cabinet.

No plain food here! 🤣

I have 2 pull out trays with about 100 different types. Plus packets of odd stuff.

Growing up I was always told it was very rude to add salt or pepper to food before tasting it and still rude to add too much after because it’s an insult to the cook to show you think they don’t know how to season food correctly.

As an adult I realise salt and pepper levels are quite a personal thing but it’s still totally ingrained in me that it’s rude!
