This is one of my favorite desserts :hungry:
I have a recipe from one of my girl friends back home and have yet to make it myself.
Back home, you'd have this on every single dessert table at pot lucks, family gatherings, I didn't have to make it.
But no one else in our house likes this.

I cheated a bit, I had a hunch and then used Google haha. It looks good though! I would love to try it some day.

Now I've inspired myself to make Butter Mochi. My Husband does not care for any sort of Mochi, I love them all.
