I'd not seen green grapes.I think it is the entire image we need to guess. it does look like some kind of finishing salt, but what's under it looks like green grapes, and that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Sliced limes maybe or even pieces of (green) aubergine. Both would work with sea salt.
