Sea salt or grated parmesan (if we're guessing at the whitish stuff)
I think it is the entire image we need to guess. it does look like some kind of finishing salt, but what's under it looks like green grapes, and that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I'd not seen green grapes.
Sliced limes maybe or even pieces of (green) aubergine. Both would work with sea salt.
New potatoes with Maldon sea salt.
Could be grated coconut over cooked apples. Doesn't sound right...
I think its the other way round. I mean that the colour name is called after the skin colour if the fruit. The word aubergine is ancient Persian or something. The flesh can look a bit green though, I s'pose.
