Well it would have to be a mighty fine macro close-up if it were but this is taken on my phone. I think its a difficult one as most people would not have eaten this in its fresh state or even otherwise. But I think most (all) here would have knowledge of it. This was fresh and delicious!

Lots of ways to use it. I ate it just warmed up as a side with red mullet (my favourite fish). It was delicious.
