Here is one that nobody is going to guess without a lot of clues (tee-hee!). In fact I'm so confident that nobody will guess it, I'm posting a photo of the whole dish. Having said that, you lot are rather clever so somebody might just know. I made this not long ago but didn't post the recipe as I wasn't happy with the food styling in the photo - but that doesn't matter for this challenge. The 'garnish' is Aleppo pepper flakes and parsley. Hints will be provided in due course.

Well if you said that you hadn't heard of white peas when I guessed pea puree, then you are saying the soup is white. It looks white, you indicate its white, how is that misleading?

Because the main ingredient isn't white. Actually the soup is slightly off-white I suppose.
