What is the best oven temperature to cook pizza?

It looks useful though. Have you used it for anything else?
Nope, haven't made anything else to try it with. It's pretty big, between 5 and 6 inches, 15-16 cm, and heavy. The pan for the priazzo is 12 inches, 30 cm, and a little over 2 inches, 5-6 cm, deep.

That's why I sporadically shopped for one. The first time the only one I found hovered around $100. Finally found one for $30ish, which still was expensive for a 1 use thingy.

The other thing Pizza Hut did for pan pizzas and priazzos was liberally douse the pans with olive and a lighter neutral oil combo. The outside of the crusts basically fried and gave them a nice, golden, crispy, crunchy crust.

That’s pricey.
I did a quick google search but it was never a thing in the uk so I get no results apart from a few heating elements 😂

Yeah, but Craig was doing a lot of side work on mega yachts building and installing toys for the Uber rich to play with so was bringing in bucks. Getting something to properly make a dish he loved for $30ish when he was working that hard was a no brainer.

Even if you found one here and had it shipped, the shipping would probably be more than the item cost given how heavy it is.

That was a kind thing to do. Hope it was appreciated 😊

Hmm, priazzo is that a more is more is too much thing?
I think what killed them was they took too long to bake and serve - the usual PH customer wants their pizza fairly fast, and those things took a long time to cook. I know the employees hated the damn things.

The heat sink worked fine - I used one several times. I never worked for PH as a regular employee, but my uncle was a regional manager and used to hire my brother for overnight handyman jobs, and I’d tag along, and we’d sometimes get there before they closed, in time to get fed, and being the regional manager’s kin, we got to play around some and make our own pizzas with leftover dough (this was back when PH was making their dough fresh in-store).
