Nope, haven't made anything else to try it with. It's pretty big, between 5 and 6 inches, 15-16 cm, and heavy. The pan for the priazzo is 12 inches, 30 cm, and a little over 2 inches, 5-6 cm, deep.It looks useful though. Have you used it for anything else?
That's why I sporadically shopped for one. The first time the only one I found hovered around $100. Finally found one for $30ish, which still was expensive for a 1 use thingy.
The other thing Pizza Hut did for pan pizzas and priazzos was liberally douse the pans with olive and a lighter neutral oil combo. The outside of the crusts basically fried and gave them a nice, golden, crispy, crunchy crust.
