As we've moved on I'll just say it was tuna.
The tuna I used for Medtrans tuna dish as it happens, and very nice it was too.

Well I was still guessing but since she had already said yes it was technically already answered...I was curious though. It didn't look like tuna though, much lighter in color than the tuna I buy.
