I have a cast iron wok (left), which still helps me to make great Chinese things, such as fried rice, stir-fry & lobster sauce!! It is nice, but there is only one thing wrong with it. It is much too heavy to try to lift to toss the food lightly as it is cooking!!
So, to alleviate that problem, I bought a lighter-weight non-stick Chinese wok that lets me lift it much easier, to toss the food lightly as it cooks. Haven't used it yet, but I'm sure that it'll be a pleasure to use when I do use it for the first time!!
