I was wondering why someone in the library was throwing round the Stephen King novels. Then It hit me.

In my city it's the guy who walks around dressed like a homeless man, but no one knows if he's homeless or not because no one ever saw him beg for money and he's dressed differently every day and we never saw him sleep on the streets, but no one knows where he lives, and he always walks around in flip flops no matter what the weather, and most days he just walks on the middle of the role and talks to himself.
