In shotokan full contact karate it's called "stealing the swans eggs" you strike with one hand into the groin cupping the "eggs" then bring your clenched fist down on the cup. It is an excellent street fighting moves against unskilled opponents.

He almost beat me. He actually had me on the ropes most of the game due to an early mistake by me. He is still a tad impatient and couldn't close it out. I came back to win a close one. I'm 5-0-1 since we started playing again.

Lucky us didn’t get in her eyes, mouth or nose.
