Same way you do. I just wondered because I've heard British presenters pronounce filet (fillet) "Fill-Let" instead of "Fill-Lay."

I believe that "fillet" is an English word where the "t" is pronounced. "Filet" is French where the "t" is not pronounced. I could be wrong.
