That looks pretty thin. 30 seconds preside on high heat sounds right.

I've had them many times before and prefer them to the local black mussels.
When we used to go fishing in the sounds many years ago, we would tie up at a mussel barge and catch snapper and blue cod. The barges are everywhere.
