If you leave Caracas towards the west, you begin to climb. Eventually you reach a town called El Junquito, where at least one entire street is dedicated to the sal of chicharrón, and pulled pork. Chicharrón is also popular in Colombia.Chicharrón is a Mexican treat.

I totally understand the concept of a vegan restaurant, but what makes a hotel vegan?
