I enjoy that film. I know it’s a bit corny but it’s done well.
My only bugbear with Titanic is they played it to my sons class as part of a Titanic project when they were only 7 years old and for him it set off a deep seated fear of the ocean. He literally won’t get on a boat and thinks anyone who does is insane.

Still annoyed about that now, it’s a 12A in the UK and the sinking scene is far too much for a 7 year old to process.

I'd agree with that. And Jack dies in the cold water with floating bodies all around him in the freezing water. Maybe suitable for 13 but not 7!

I really didn’t get on with that teacher for lots of reasons but to not even ask the parent’s if they were ok with it is beyond the pale.
He wasn’t the only child from that class that developed a fear of open water.

Same with me, and there are lots and lots of blockbuster movies and popular TV shows I’ve never seen. I’ve not seen a single episode of Friends (even though, yes you know it’s coming, I have a mad crush on Jennifer Aniston :laugh: ).

I also watched part 1 of “The life and murder of Nicole Brown Simpson'. Part two is tonight.

I remember watching the trial on court TV. :(

I remember the white Bronco going 40mph on the freeway (speed limit out there is probably more like 60?) With 6 state police behind him. Lolol
 
Everyone knows I don't watch a lot of TV but a friend recommended me a really good episode of Black Mirror called San Junipero and if this isn't the best tv show episode I've ever seen then I don't know what is. I was sobbing uncontrollably even before the pisode ended and was an emotional wreck for the hours after.

Great way to use my new 43" TV.
