My Nephew would probably love it.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s good…but it’s not that good. Not good enough to fight over, that’s for sure. It’s popular, and it’s limited (artificially, perhaps?), so it must be good, right?

The last time I was in, a fella wanted the last three bottles and they wouldn’t sell them all to him, and I got the last one, and he got pretty lippy with me on the way out the door.

4 lovely drinks and a very disappointing Loch Lomond.
I love almost everything they do but this new 14 year old is probably the worst I've tried from them.

I ended up buying the Cask Treasures bottle. Only a small one and only 46% but nice enough as an easy drinker.

Brewery tour in Anchorage last week. We went to 3 breweries, but at this one, we got to see the operation behind the scenes. Also very cool: we got to sample the grains used in the brewing process, many of which had a nutty quality. We also got to enjoy a beer fresh off the end of the line. I didn't know this until that moment, but it comes off the line cold (and very drinkable), and not hot out of a beer vat.
