Right now I´m supping one of these:

Shepherd Neame is the oldest brewery in Britain, founded in 1698 in Faversham, Kent.
Their signature brews include Master Brew, Spitfire, and this one. Bishop´s Finger is named after the signpost (which looks vaguely like a bishop pointing the way) on the Pilgrim´s Way, an ancient thoroughfare which runs from London to Canterbury.

These bottles on a night out with my cheese maker boss at Charred in Orange NSW - known for its cellar.

We are all of the opinion that the De Salis bubbles easily rival French imports.

Oh no, mom has visited a few times, but it WAS Isla's first visit with the rest of my family, including her Great Grandmother. A blessing for sure.
