I was about to agree with @Yorky, it certainly looks like a turmeric colour. Otherwise, maybe a really good scrambled egg, made with extra yolks?

It is indeed scrambled eggs - no extra yolks. I was using those fantastic intense yellow 'Black Farmer' eggs. Cooked in the microwave! (pinging @impish):
