Which 'disposable' kitchen items do you re-use?

We buy pint and quart plastic containers at Restaurant Depot for freezing stocks, soups and some meals. The last time we bought these containers, they lasted several years.

This is exactly what we do!

I got some orange plates that I think are disposable, but I won't throw them away. I wash them & reuse them.

I now have a nice little pile of rinsed and dried squares of kitchen paper (roll). Some have been rinsed and dried more than once. Maybe I'm lucky with the type of paper I have being particularly strong. I'm mainly using the paper to mop up odd spills on the kitchen counter. Then I rinse under tap, wring out and drape over a radiator to dry. The radiators aren't necessarily on. Its simply a place to drape the paper to dry out.

I am getting better about reusing plastic ziplock bags, as long as they haven't had anything dirty in them. I'm not about to rinse one, though. That's a bridge to far, as they say.
