Thanks!! Yeah, with a Sous Vide, one would need a good Vacuum food sealer. I think that the food, a steak or whatever, would have to be prepped & pre-seasoned before being cooked.
I forgot about THIS! Bought it from Ebay. Some of them are still floating around. Presto came out with these in the early '70s. Presto had stopped making these around the late '70s. Never got one back then. It'll be good for making pressure fried chicken!!
