I just checked my sauces cupboard (it is tiny) and I do have some Lea and Perrins sauce in there but what gets used most is the Henderson's Relish.
Never heard of that - its apparently a Yorkshire icon. Interesting how it has an orange label like Lea and Perrin's.

I just remembered I ordered a steak in a restaurant a while ago, I asked the waitress for some Worcester sauce. She had no idea what it was. She went out the back and found some, or the chef gave her some.
