Love Worcestershire sauce. Sometimes I'll drizzle it on a steak, or in or on a burger with a pat of butter on top, or add it to a meatloaf mixture (egg, chopped onions, dehydrated onion mushroom soup, a squirt of ketchup or mustard etcetera.)
I have a recipe for a beef tomato and scallion/onion Cantonese stir fry dish, that uses soy sauce in the marinade and Worcestershire sauce in the sauce. It's probably a variation of an old Kikkoman recipe I made years ago. Will have to make it again soon.
