Here are a few from Barcelona, what an amazing city.

An absolutely amazing city. Apart from eating the obligatory kilo of Jamón Ibérico during our week there, everything else was fish, seafood and tapas.

You should have seen my ankles. My sodium made me a walking salt lick. Just the funk in the market aroma was enough to give me meat sweats. I was SO HAPPY to eat seafood, lol, and amazing vegetables too. As a chef, as a tourist, Barcelona as a whole did NOT disappoint. I need to allow for a lot more time the next time I get there. Maybe in a year I'll be ready for ore jamon, lol. Same with olives and anchovies!

Here is an old photo of my dad, probably early 1940s. I dug it up and digitized it for use in his Memorial Service. No doubting his Italian ancestry. Look at that hair... and those ears.
