Our local Tesco was so big that they issued everyone with maps showing where everything was. It has been extended twice since and finding anything is a real trek round the place. Even the staff don't necessarily know where anything is. I need some filter cartridges a few weeks ago. They were not with the water filter jugs or indeed anywhere near the small kitchen appliances section. They were at the end of the birthday cards aisle.
