Bizarre - and I see UK Guards in the distance. Is the whole mall UK themed?

I love that! They have captured old school "Britishness" perfectly, the love of nostalgia (suspicion of new technology) and the art of queuing politely. Not sure about the sense of fashion though - I'd like to think we do it a little better than that!
Looks lovely. I should really visit Italy again one day. This year a lot of my friends and relatives have decamped to Barcelona - I'll have to go to Spain too.A walk in the afternoon in Milano only hubby and me and a stop into California Bakery for a big fantastic cheesecake with blueberries and smoothies..

I'm not sure. When I was there before (in the 1960s!), we stayed in Rimini and Rome, and visited lots of places in between, so it would probably have to be north of that line. I think the south may be a bit too hot for me.You'd welcome in Italy @Elawin...Any particular City or Region would you like to visit?

I have to get a passport first.....Obviously depends on the period you come, lately the weather has become crazy..on 2017 from July to September here in the North it was like to live in an oven set on 42 C degrees, vs 37/38 C in the South (more fresh )
Anyway if and when you decide, I'll be glad to give you some tips
