My local source stopped carrying them mid June as the wild caught (river) supply ended and they refuse to carry pond raised.

I'm hoping the market still has them this week. We've been away on vacation 4 of the last 7 weeks, so I had no time to make them. But if the little bugs are still there, we're gonna do a boil, and then maybe a NOLA pasta dish with some tail meat.

My wife is a big fan of Vettriano, but I don't really get his work! Now, Fabian Perez is another thing altogether. I saw some of his work at an art gallery a few months ago and was completely blown away. Way beyond my pocket money, sadly.

Ah! Thank you - on closer inspection they are not Morning Glory flowers as they have stamen coming out of the middles.
