Coriander leaf - are you as finickity as I?

I use a lot of coriander leaf in my meals; in fact I'd guess that over 50% of my potato dishes include fresh coriander. I am aware that Jamie Oliver (and probably others) use the whole plant and just chuck them in a processor to chop them up. I am obviously not on the same hourly rate as JO but...

    Freezing herbs

I've never attempted this before and I'm starting with coriander leaf and flat leaf parsley. Just a few springs of each went into the freezer this morning. I left the coriander "whole" with roots but chopped up the parsley. Has anyone else tried it with any success?

This is another of my 'really old' recipes from the Vegetarian Good Food Magazine which no longer exists. Parsley , cilantro and celery

I am a bit confused. I think these three herbs : parsley, cilantro and celery are all the same in taste. Is it necessary to use them all or can we opt to use just any of them in one dish?
