Chicken wings, backs and other pieces

Chicken wings are popular here, meanig they are expensive. Same to chicken drumstick, so I tend to buy thighs or whole chicken.

When I was a little kid I always got stuck with the part that goes over the fence last. I'd rather have that than chicken feet any day. I think that's every grandma's favorite part. My husband's grandma and his aunts used to stand in the kitchen and fight over the chicken feet, he was appalled by it, LOL!

True story. Our son about 10 while I was cutting up chicken nagged me for chicken. I gave him the Parsons nose which he wolfed down. To this day we still him " chicken bum eater" especially his sister .
