I live near Cincy, the home of goetta!

My father-in-law grew up near PA Dutch country, and he loved scrapple. Once we moved back to Ohio and they visited for the first time, I introduced him to goetta and he was in heaven.

Craig I looked at scrapple and read the story, I'd have to see it to know if I'd like it. I prolly would as I like offal and I also make pate a lot. I'm making it soon as I just bought frozen chicken livers. If I get to the states I will hound it down.
