Good to hear you are able to get out and about more Berties. I was actually window shopping for bikes yesterday. I plan to get one so that I can ride around as well in the near future. I hate running and jogging, and there are several bike trails where I live that offer lots of beautiful things to look at.

You will never look back,I've ridden quite late at night the last few days and the lovely sun sets,getting away from it ,better than running for your joints ,have a quick look on cyclechat ,there's loads of great information there
