My plans have exhausted me...

Out for 7:30am
Double Physio @ 8:30am
Post office
Pharmacy
1hr drive to collect the invalid from hospital before 11am,
Home for lunch
Out again at 2pm to do weekly veg shop
Home again.

Only hiccup is that there is currently no road at the end of my track. They are grading it today. Started yesterday, and slowly working closer and closer which means playing dodge with bulldozers, graders, heavy ballast lorries, ridges of earth and rocks up to 75cm high in the middle of the lane and general mayhem for the 4km they dig up and "resurface" in one go. I'll be taking my 4x4 for the second round because frankly I was a touch concerned about the height of some of the earth, rocks, rubble and junk piled up in the middle of the road coming home in the SUV. It can handle the terrain, no surface and so forth being AWD but it doesn't have the height advantage of the 4×4... so...

We play I think maybe 15 rounds (I forget, what with all of the adult beverage)
We won nothing tonight but the couple that we sat with at our table both won a round!
It's just for fun, if you win , great, that's just mad money to spend as you wish.
I've got $57USD left of my mad money that I won a few months back ($270USD).
 
Work day, but also take-wife-to-cardiologist day, and sometime today, I’d like to get the planters sanded down so I can paint them while the weather is nice this week.

My wife plays 3 cards and is quite good I think. She also enjoys girly time with her mates.

I play one card, but there's, what, a dozen or more "squares" on it.
And then we have a bonus card for an extra dollar, I got two last night.
Won bupkis last night!

It's for the fun and a night out with my girlies.
We're leaving shortly for another linner out - Thai Food this time, I'm excited!

We also have friends over for cards night. Euchre 6 handed . 2x teams of 3.
Alcohol is involved and extremely funny night.

Frost here today. Clear blue skies now here. Freezer diving for dinner tonight??
Lawn man just txt, has covid. No drama its non contact anyway. Money is under a pot on the decking. Still morning here so I may go for a coffee and a scone later.?? With butcher. Picking up 1 kg bacon. $20.
