Yogurt cake experimentation again, it's looking like the density of the cake comes down to the denser yogurt I'm using (Fage 5% fat), so less yogurt/dilution should help. I just need to get ratio's right too as I use 50% wholemeal flour (general, not bread flour) so that could affect liquid ratios.
This is just me being stubborn - my family has a stubborn streak a mile wide. I adapted a recipe with some yogurt in it, but this recipe was specifically a yogurt cake. I suspect I'll end up with two very similar recipes, but only one way to find out
