Is scrapple everywhere?
It’s Pennsylvania, so…yes!

That looks really good! It's blueberry season there, isn't it?
I have no idea, but it’s definitely peach season. This is a huge peach-growing area, orchards everywhere. You get on the backroads away from the car exhaust, and it smells like fresh peaches outside.

Guess you'd better take home a peach pie or cobbler!

I know the PA, NY, an other northeast USA States have ideal growing conditions for blueberries. I think it's at the end of harvest time. That pancake had fresh blueberries in it.

Oh, just saw the receipt. Yep. Dontcha wish all bills were that reasonable?

Single best breakfast sausages I’ve ever had, anywhere. It’s one of the reasons we like this restaurant.

MrsT also had sausage links on the side.

Tasty - talk me through "Scrapple" and "puddin meat".
Hominy grits, yep, tried that, but the others, no idea.
Here’s some info on both:

What is the Difference Between Scrapple and Pudding?

With your Cincinnati connection, I’m wondering if you’ve ever tried goetta, which is sort of in the same family.

BTW, the wiki article refers to scrapple as an alternate name, pannhaas - that’s what my FIL usually called it.
