No pic, but I had a plain bagel with garden veggie cream cheese for breakfast today.
Diner-style omelette filled with bell pepper, onion, cheddar cheese, and tomato, Nuremberg sausages (from Aldi), and skillet potatoes, with toast on the side:

Today's breakfast was a breakfast quesadilla, sausage patties and a hash brown patty.
MrsT had the eggs, etc, along with a piece of grilled banana-nut bread. The eggs look overdone, but not. They were just cooked really fast. She ordered them over-medium, and there was still a good amount runny yolk once she got into them.
I had the waffle and some Irish bacon. Both good.
